HOWTO: Employee Training Transcripts

This page provides instructions for managers on how to pull a training transcript for an employee from the campus uLearn Learning Management System.

  1. Visit the uLearn LMS, and log in with your UC Davis credentials:

  2. Click on the Manager tab at the top of the page.
  3. In the upper right corner of the page, click the "Change view" link.
  4. Search for an employee by inputting the employee's name and clicking the Go button.
  5. Make sure that the correct person is selected by selecting the radio button to the left of the person's name.
  6. Click the OK button.
  7. From the Learn menu, select "Learning Activity Reports," then "Training Transcript."
  8. Use the Print button to print the transcript (or print it to a PDF file that you can then email).
  9. You will need to repeat this process beginning at step 3 for each employee for whom you want to retrieve a transcript.
