Refresh your WebBrowser

Why was I instructed to refresh my browser?

Web browsers cache (keep in memory) web content so that web pages load more quickly.  If you are a website editor and you edit and save a page, your browser may get "stuck" on the old page and fail to bring up your new information.  When this happens you'll need to refresh your browser and depending on how stuck your browser is, you man need to force-refresh your browser.

Refresh your web browser - follow these instructions to refresh your browser.

If your page does not change, then force-refresh your browser.

Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome for Windows: ctrl + F5

Firefox on Mac:  Command + shift +R

Safari:  Command + R

Google Chrome for Mac: Shift + command + R
